He was a consultant for Alive Pharmacy/Alive Industries for many years and also served as a Pharmacist for Lymens Medical Supplies Ltd. Xola is a highly sought after Medicine Regulatory and Quality Assurance Consultant and he is the project lead on all Foodrug Services International projects.

He was trained as a biochemist at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and also holds a MSc. Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Control degree from the same institution. He is highly knowledgeable in Laboratory Information Management Systems and Hazard & Risk Analysis. His competencies include expert use of lab equipments & the qualification and validation of analytical test laboratories. He has worked with notable companies such as Cadbury & LaGray Chemical Company in the capacity of a Senior Quality Control Chemist. Andrew is also a Senior Lecturer at The School of Applied Sciences & Art – Accra Technical University.

Strategic Supply Chain Management-University of Roehampton – UK. His rich professional experience stems from working on high value turn key projects such as the construction of the new Ridge hospital by Bouygues Construction in his capacity as Logistics Manager.
